"Exit" is a symbol of man's liberation, his deliverance from a false worldview and sinful way of life by the incarnation of the Commandments of God, his "exit" from the midst of everything unclean, that is, from all that is contrary to the Covenants of God.  It is man's "coming out" from dependence on sin into purity of thought and into the beginning of a new, righteous life by getting rid of following sinful fleshly desires.

Negative Meaning.       

"Exit" is man's departure, flight from a state of righteousness to iniquity, his retreat, his rejection of Faith in the Truth of God's Will, his rejection, denial of the fulfillment of God's Commandments by joining a sinful worldview and a vicious way of life.
