East

"East" - "kadem," means "before," from the verb "kaam" - "to be before," "to precede.

"East" is the symbol of the original Revelation to man of the Wisdom of God's Covenants, the Beginning of true God-knowledge - knowledge of the Beneficent Will of the Creator.

 "East" is the symbol of the rising spiritual Sun, the Light of the Wisdom of the Divine Will, which spiritually enlightens, directs man to the Path of Righteousness and Eternal Life.

"East from on high" means - the Good News revealed from the heights of Revelation of the fullness of the Divine Will, revealed by Jesus Christ in His life-affirming Gospel Teaching.

Negative Meaning.

"East" is a symbol of the pagan way of life of nations with their violent mores and polytheism, characteristic of the initial period of humanity's sinful history, its culture, beliefs, religions that contradict the Wisdom of the Will of One God.
