Sacrifice

"sacrifice" - Heb.  "korvan" - "intended as a gift to God."

"Sacrifice," a "sacrifice" to God, is the fulfillment of God's Will as expressed in the Ten Commandments, which is the most important, the only true "Sacrifice" that one must make to God.

"Sacrifice" is a symbol of "offering," of giving the best of man's varied faculties to the fulfillment of God's Commandments and the Gospel Doctrine of Jesus Christ, of dedicating one's whole life to the realization in man of the Holy Spirit of God's Word.

"Sacrifice" is also a person's selfless service for the benefit of others.
