Perpetrator

"Criminal" is a person who has committed a sinful act, an evil deed, who so transgresses, i.e. ignores, perverts, violates the Law of God's Will, His Commandments, established for man by his Creator, handed down to the peoples in the Holy Scriptures by the Prophets, Christ and the Apostles.

"Criminal" is also a person in whose consciousness arise ungodly thoughts, intentions, striving to carry out contrary to God's Laws, Commandments his sinful deeds, lawless acts.
