"Anointed" is a symbol of Jesus Christ, who by the knowledge and fulfillment of the Will of God, His Commandments, was so "anointed," inspired to a spiritual mission of spiritual regeneration of the nations by proclaiming to them the Will of God, saving them from the commission of sin and its consequences.

      "Anointed" is also the symbol of a man of Righteousness, who is endowed by God with all the abilities to proclaim the Will of God to all the nations. All the patriarchs, prophets, apostles, and righteous men were such "anointed ones," who proclaimed to the nations the predestinations, statutes, laws, and commandments of God.
