Amoray

The Amorites were the inhabitants of the highland part of the Canaanite land, and the Canaanites were the inhabitants of its valleys.

     The Amorites are belligerent mountain dwellers, or mountaineers, a tribe descended from Canaan, they were the most ancient descendants of the time of Adam.

    As time passed, the Amorites lost the true Faith, their iniquities grew and multiplied, and so this people plunged themselves into moral, spiritual desolation, adopted pagan morals, wickedness, and plunged themselves into a sinful way of life.

     "Amorites" is one of the symbols of people leading lawless lifestyles.
