Amen

"Amen" from the Hebrew for "true," "exactly so," "true," "so be it.

"Amen" is an image of Jesus Christ, whose teachings are true, exact, and faithful, and whose words are always fulfilled, realized.

The fulfillment of God's life-affirming Will by His people is the spiritual essence of the word "Amen.

"Amen" is often the final word of prayer, expressing a person's expression of will, their unconditional, complete consent, affirmation, accession. To express one's consent in this way has the moral right only of such a person who is personally convinced of it, and not only supports what is expressed theoretically, in words, but also by his practical, righteous life.
