"Lawgiver" is the One God Jehovah, Lord, Master, Almighty, Who establishes, approves His physical and spiritual Laws for the physical and spiritual Life of man, for the origin and existence of all Being.

"Lawgiver" is God the "Sovereign," manifesting undivided authority and possessing the prerogative of creating, establishing, approving His Laws.
