The "Throne" of God is the totality of the "Heavenly", spiritual Height of Wisdom, the Truth of God's Will, exalted Laws, Commandments, by the action of which the Lord God spiritually and figuratively "Sits", "Reigns" on the Heights of His Truth and Wisdom, and so creates, establishes, realizes His spiritual Authority, Judgment, edification, governance of man and nations.

The "Throne" of God also symbolizes the "Place" of man's moral and spiritual sanctification, i.e., the Truth of God's Word, His Commandments, upon which the unchanging, gracious Will of God is based.

"Throne" of Glory is the eternal, unchanging, always realized Truth of the Divine Will, His Laws, Commandments, which are the personification, testimony, affirmation of the Glory of God - His spiritual Greatness, Holiness, Wisdom.

Negative Meaning.

"Throne of the Beast" is the violent political, predatory economic, false religious foundations of the sinful system of the world, its violent governmental system of power.

"Throne of the Beast" is a symbol of sinful, vicious legislative, judicial and executive power of various systems according to which nations live, a symbol of the power of some people over others.
