"Tradition" is the original oral transmission by the Patriarchs of the nation of Israel of the Will of God, His Wisdom revealed to them by God.

"Tradition" is also the Revelations of God's Will - His Laws, Covenants, Commandments, Precepts, Statutes, Ordinances, Promises, handed down from generation to generation by the Prophets of God in their Holy Scriptures.  

Negative Meaning.

"Tradition" of man is the propagated religious dogmas, false doctrines, false beliefs based on a false understanding of the spiritually imaginative texts of the Holy Scriptures.
