"Oblation" is the proclamation of the Truth of God's Will by the Prophets, Jesus Christ, the Apostles, and all the Righteous variously revealing, exposing sin, violations of God's Laws and Commandments by the nations.

"Revealing", i.e. exposing in the committed evil, iniquity uncompromisingly, boldly, unfeignedly, convincingly, argumentatively, without shame or fear, the Righteous do by the example of their righteous life, by the preaching of God's Will and so point out to the nations and their political and religious rulers all their iniquities, violations of God's Commandments.

"Conviction" is also a special psychological state of man, when his conscience, as God's original gift to every man, exposes him if he thinks and commits evil, acts contrary to God's Commandments.
