Esther" is from the Hebrew name אֶסְתֵּר (Esther), possibly derived from the ancient Persian word stark, "star," and also "virgin.

  "Esther" is a symbol of "the Wife," a spiritually virginal assembly of pious people who, being among the ruling rulers of the world, keeping a pure conscience and moral way of life, struggle for spiritual freedom for the people of "Israel," i.e., people who desire to fulfill God's Commandments and all the righteous in their work of evangelizing the teachings of the Prophets and Christ.
