A "Friend" of God is a person who constantly examines, does and proclaims God's Will as expressed in His Commandments, by which he purifies himself, separates himself from the commission of sin, approaches the spiritual "Image" and "Likeness" of God. and is thus made a "Friend" of God.

"Friend" is an image, a characteristic of a person who is spiritually related in true perception of the Word of God's Will, in thought, feeling, and action to another person, to whom he is always ready to help.

Negative meaning.

"Friend" is also an accomplice, a like-minded person in a sinful worldview and way of life.
