"The Lamb" is the image of the true Man in his submission to the Will of God, his sacrifice for the proclamation of the Truth of God's Word, his innocence before God and men.

It is the image of the spiritual perfection of the Man who was incarnated by Jesus Christ.

It is the image of the spiritually perfect, holy Man who was incarnated by Jesus Christ.     

"The Lamb" is a symbol of a meek, peace-loving, humble, spiritually and morally pure man, (as opposed to a greedy, predatory, cruel man).
