"Evening" - In Sacred Scripture, in contrast to the usual calculation of time, the word "evening" denotes the beginning of a new day, a new time, a new life, the beginning of the knowledge and fulfillment of the Commandments of God, in the fullness of the revelation in the Spirit of the Teaching of Jesus Christ.

"Evening" denotes the beginning of a new spiritual-like "Day," that is, the beginning of man's knowledge and fulfillment of the Will of God expressed in His Commandments. It is the beginning of a new period, of time, the beginning of a new, righteous life of man.

"Evening" is also a symbol of the period of completion of something, the end of an action, the end of life's journey, of man's physical life.
