"Tochilo" is a symbol of the favorable conditions created by God for the various manifestations of man's character, for the realization of his thoughts and deeds.     
 The "Tochilo" is also a symbol of the punishing influence of the Laws established by God, His moral and spiritual Laws, on the sinful person.
