"Light" is the symbol of the Word of God's Will, His Commandments, proclaimed by all the Righteous, the knowledge and fulfillment of which illuminates man with spiritual energy, directing him to righteousness, endows him with the ability to truly understand Life, makes man able to distinguish between Light and Darkness, to distinguish between Good and Evil, to understand Truth and Falsehood.

"Light" is a symbol of the righteous deeds of man, his preaching of God's Commandments, the Teachings of the Prophets, Christ and the Apostles amidst the darkness of ignorance, the spiritual darkness of the surrounding sinfully living peoples.
