A "centurion" is a man-warrior who struggles to preserve and maintain the secular system of life, its foundations and laws, but who, because of his desire to know the Will of God, appreciates the Wisdom of the Laws of God, recognizes and believes in the greatness of the Word of God, the spiritually reviving and saving power of the Teaching of Jesus Christ, and therefore recognizes Him as "Lord", the Lord of his religious worldview.

"The centurion" is an image of a man who, because of a certain "payment" for various benefits and privileges, obediently, faithfully serves the state, sinful social system of the people's life, its legislative, judicial and executive powers.

"Sotnik" is a characteristic of a man who is ready to execute the sinful orders, foundations, desires of his political, religious and other "Masters," giving them his time, abilities, physical and intellectual strength.

"The centurion" is a man who is ready and able to be an active "Warrior," an opponent of Christ's teachings, to oppress, persecute his followers in a variety of ways.
