"Seer" is a Righteous person - a person who studies the Scriptures of the Prophets, who fulfills the Will of God and the Teachings of Jesus Christ, who studies God's Laws of the development of the surrounding world, who is wise with life experience and knowledge of the Word of God, and so has acquired the ability to determine and divine, to predict the consequences of righteous and sinful human life, the consequences of good and evil deeds of people and to warn about them in various ways.                    

   All the Prophets of God were His Seers, Soothsayers, Predictors.

Negative Meaning.

"Seer" is a symbol of various false religious shepherds, political and other leaders, leaders of nations, who relying on their sinful experience, wanting to become famous, trying to guess - predict the future development of the life of peoples. These are deceitful sociologists, political scientists, counselors and various other "predictors" and false "prophets".
