Presbyter (from the Greek πρεσβύτερος, "elder, head of the congregation.")

"Presbyter" is a person who is wise in the knowledge of the Word of God's Will, in the fulfillment of God's Commandments, who has the abilities and talents to instruct others in the true understanding and fulfillment of God's Commandments, who is called by God to serve the "Church" of God, to edify the spiritual "Assembly" of people who desire to follow His Will.
