The "sheep," the "sheep" of God are a picture of an obedient, trusting, meek person (or people) who accepts, who finds guidance for a life of righteousness in the Will of God, the Teachings of Jesus Christ.

        This is a symbol (characteristic) of a man who, being guided by the Commandments of God, has suppressed and tamed in himself "the beast", thoughts, desires that are not worthy of the image of a true man.

Negative meaning.

"Sheep," "sheep" "lost," "doomed to slaughter," "wandering sheep" is an image of people who want to serve God, but are deluded, having false ideas about His Will.
