"Vow" is a symbol of a person's voluntary "Oath", "Promise" to God, expressed in a particularly affirmative form - a firm, conscious intention, a desire to serve Him with all one's abilities by unswerving fulfillment of His Will, His Laws of Life, expressed in the Ten Commandments.
