"Bases, Foundations" are false religious dogmas, pernicious political ideologies, various philosophical wisdoms, on which the life of sinfully living peoples is based and organized.

"Foundations, Foundations" are also various justifications for the worldview and sinful lifestyle of man who lives contrary to God's Commandments.
