"Hatred" of God is God's punishment of man by the consequences of his rejection, violation, perversion of His Laws and Commandments. 
"Hatred" of God is the rejection from His protection of those people who reject, violate His Commandments, those people who follow false doctrines, who identify their religious life with only formal service to God, i.e. with the performance of various rites, rituals with participation in "solemn meetings" and festivals.  
"Hatred" of the righteous is his rejection of any perversion of the Word of God's Will, the sayings of the Prophets, the Teachings of Jesus Christ and the Apostles.
"Hatred" of the righteous is also his uncompromising, clear contempt, rejection of sinful worldview and way of life, irreconcilable rejection of various lies, evil, iniquity, categorical rejection of the worldview and way of life of those people who reject, violate, distort God's Laws, His Commandments. 
"Hatred" of a sinner is a hidden or explicit desire to do evil to another person, consciously committing it, it is a lie, denigration of the pious way of life of a righteous person, deliberate distortion of the meaning of his gospel.

"Hate" religious is a covert or overt aggressive, malicious ruthlessness, intolerance, to the religious dissent of another person, supported by a fanatical confidence in the exclusive rightness of one's views alone, which do not give one knowledge of the Truth of God's Commandments, variously cultivated by secular or religious leaders, approved by the majority of co-religionists, supported by the so-called "original" religious tradition.   "God-hatred" is the willful lying to the truthfulness, the graciousness of God's Will, the perversion of the Spirit, the true meaning of God's Word, the uttering of slander against God's actions on the Word of Scripture because of man's spiritual blindness.
