"Neeman" is a symbol of the influential leaders of the sinful world, experiencing spiritual "Leprosy", i.e. the various consequences of their violations of God's established Laws and Commandments.

"Ne'eman" is also a symbol of people who are vested with secular power, who want to get rid of the consequences of their violations of the Will of God, who seek advice and help from the Righteous, to the knowledge and fulfillment of God's Commandments, in order to be spiritually healed of their various problems.
