"Wing" of God is a symbol of God's beneficial Laws and gracious Commandments, the knowledge and fulfillment of which by man "shelters", protects, keeps him from committing sin and its consequences, inspires him to proclaim the Truth of God's Word.

The two spiritually-shaped "Wings" symbolize the Doctrine of God's Will conveyed to the nations by Moses and Christ.
