"Judah" is translated "he shall be glorified" or "praise the Lord".

"Judah" is the spiritual son, successor, follower of the true Faith of the Patriarch "Jacob-Israel."

"Judah" represents the people of true Faith in the One God Jehovah, called by the fulfillment and preaching of His Will to "praise", to glorify God.

"Judah" represents the race of the righteous who, because of their ascetic life, because of their proclamation of salvation from sin and its consequences, will be glorified, exalted before all nations who follow their pattern of righteous living.   

"Judah" also represents the lineage of the Righteous from which Jesus Christ was physically and spiritually born.

"Judas" symbolizes the people of the religious, so-called "Christian" world who pervert the Teachings of Jesus Christ and thus betray, "crucify" Him.
