"Deaf" is a symbol of a man who ignores, denies, does not accept the rebuke, the instruction of his own conscience, does not accept the good news of the righteous of the Truth of God's Commandments, rejects the words of Divine Wisdom addressed to him, set forth in the Scriptures of the Prophets, the Teachings of Jesus Christ and the Apostles.

"Deaf" is an image of a person who has a sinful worldview and way of life, consciously not willing to listen to the "Voice" of God, to the voice of his conscience, to the voice of righteous people, who point to the reason for his "deafness", that is, to his non-perception of the Truth of the Will of God.
