"Ammon" is the son of Lot by his youngest daughter, the ancestor of the Ammonites.

"Ammon" is an image of ungodly men who follow false doctrines, false beliefs, and variously oppress the righteous.

 "Ammon" or "sons of Ammon" - The Ammonites are servants of pagan religions who persecute the righteous.   The Ammonites throughout their history were enemies of the Israelites who worshipped the one God Jehovah.
